入住很多次了，服务态度不好，前台不耐烦，入住这么多次居然都不告诉酒店的配套设施和办理会员卡事项，也不说酒店有洗衣机。最气愤的是我晒衣服，衣服掉下去了，不想办法帮我捞，也不告诉我处理进度，等我三番五次打电话到前台，服务员才不耐烦地告诉我，捞不到，完全没有尽到责任嘛，真的是差评。请问投诉电话是多少？
