走廊壁纸脱落比较严重，显得小节管理不够好！房间地毯感觉比较旧，这点最不满意。房间小但也可以够住，刚进门还有点味道，开空调开窗后好多了。

一进房子，满满的都是潮湿味道，霉味，还有那种喝酒吐了的味道。就提出换房，同意了，换了房先喷了空气清新剂，那个味道没那么重，不过还是闻不到新鲜空气的味道，除了价格比较优惠，没有什么了
