前台某位服务员就是欠骂，一点小事就搞得很麻烦，同事被两拨客人找经理，真不知道怎么做的，酒店不错，方便，其他服务人员还是不错的

很好，空调很暖，睡的很舒服，特别喜欢城市便捷的床，枕头，睡得舒服，非常大，舒适房间，床也非常的柔软，房间卫生干净，有洗衣房和烘干机非常方便，床也很大、很舒服，房间产品好，客房服务也很热心，台可以借书到房间里看非常方便。位于市中心，交通非常便利，靠近西站火车站和高铁站，床上用品非常舒适，网络光纤非常快，房间非常大，床也很大、很舒服。Wifi信号非常强，早餐品种也很多，很好吃，有需要帮助的直接打电话到前台、都会很友好的回答和解决。十楼的洗衣房很干净。 服务好、卫生好、态度好、房间产品好、网络很快很好、
