酒店位置不错，很好找，就在箭盘山路上，打车也很方便。酒店大堂很敞亮，地板很光亮，前台姑娘服务很热情，而且人还很漂亮哦！全程保持微信而且做到双手递物，还是站着服务，这是很多酒店不能做到的，必须点赞！！酒店房间很敞亮，卫生也做得很到位，尤其是那个床实在是太舒服了，看着就想扑上去。水温很稳定，关键是淋浴好舒服，洗澡都不想出来了，哈哈😄😄。酒店还有免费的洗衣房，酒店到处弥漫着一种特殊的香味，很好闻哦！！酒店早餐挺不错的，中西结合，种类也多，餐厅阿姨很热情，还特意询问我味道如何，感觉挺温馨，总之这次旅行很开心，如果再来柳州出差还会选择这家酒店，也希望酒店继续这样的服务。

在艺龙上下单的，来到前台问我们有没有会员，我说有银卡，问我们要不要升金卡，我说不用，前台立马换了一副嘴脸，不情不愿的安排房间，态度语气都好像欠她钱一样的。房间霉味很重，也就这一次了，下次不会再住！
