其实酒店蛮干净的，设施也不错。但是前台让我不太舒服，做了一天的车到酒店，冷得半死。他和我说预定的房间没有了，既然没有了早干嘛确认订单。大晚上的下动车就过来。手机上订单取消不了。非得让我打电话给艺龙取消订单。
