网上查询后入住，去到后感觉唔错就办理了入住手续。因为有小朋友浴缸玩水搞到到处是水，同总台讲后，马上有服务员过来清理，全程态度很有礼貌，值得赞扬。

前台服务人员的工作能力及服务水平真是对不起这个酒店，给我们安排的两个房间隔了老远，跟前台人员交涉了几次，详细预定人的名字都跟前台人员说了，电话也打了几回，前台人员态度都很不屑，对与客户的话也听不进去，果不其然第二天安排房间出了篓子，重重复复询问我们续订了没有，更甚的是我们已经在房间里面了，前台人员居然还把房间开给其他客人，也是够了，本来对于昨天入住还要求拍照这个事情已经很反感了，接下来的一连串事情也没有给人好感，是很差的一次体验！
