四星级酒店五星级服务！将近凌晨长途驾车带小孩入住，前台接待声音甜美，服务周到。因小孩在路途中不慎受伤有伤口，打电话告知前台，未到五分钟前台服务员（或）副理带着医务箱到房间，提供所需的临时消毒工具及物品，得以及时处理伤口避免恶化。房务员不厌其烦的为客人送剃须刀，指甲剪等。从进酒店接触到该酒店各个在岗的服务员都是尽心尽责的为客人提供优质的服务，这就是回家的感觉！只要住过酒店的人都担心卫生是否干净，及时再简单不过了，只要对以下几点自己对比我觉得够说明一切了，该酒店床上用品干净整理，床单，被套，枕套等折叠线明显说明已经更换，卫生间，房间，玻璃、镜面干净清洁，清晰、水龙头，淋雨喷头，等铜、钢质，干净整洁，焕然一新，本人推荐！
