我在艺龙上预定了两个房间，一个预付，一个返现，后面说我返现的房间没有入住，确认入住后也不给返现，我两个订单都入住了，常理推断一下，酒店有很大问题，艺龙也不承担责任，绝对差评，以后再也不会使用了，服务业要有诚信，要有口碑，请大家引以为戒！！！
