首先，我不否认服务人员的热诚，这点是可以肯定的，我不太满意的是酒店自身的细节不太到位，对于开车到点的旅客，如何能够停好车然后去到酒店，这方面没有提示，酒店位于商业广场公寓楼，在经过电话询问才得知是开进商场的地下停车场后，停车场下又没有任何指示能够找到去到酒店的电梯是哪座，另外，停车费还要自理，这相比于其他同等价位同地段的酒店来说，确实不尽如人意，最后进入到房间，种种细节也是令人有些小失望: 门把手是坏的，墙角一大片的潮湿没有处理，就连枕套都要露个洞！感觉住进了一间年代久远的老店！综上所述，整体感觉是比较失望的，不太会推荐给朋友入住。

位置好找，吃东西 、购物非常方便！房间宽敞舒适，干净卫生，床很大！开的标间住的一家四口（两大人两小孩）都足够住下！必须5星好评！

对面就是科技大学，定的高级双免费给升级了景观双，晚上景色蛮好看的，前台服务很周到，房间卫生很干净，性价比很高

酒店就在万达，出行很方便。房间干净整洁，有4星的品质，卫浴分开很难得。周边美食挺多的。之前只知道柳州有螺蛳粉，没想到生蚝更便宜，外地人惊呆了！给个图感受下。
