给了间空调坏的房间，电话给前台的人说了她们让等人上去看，结果上去看的人弄不好空调让我们下去换房，结果前台就拽的路都不见，脸板板的还说我们都上去那么久了！！（其实才上去不久，上面的东西都没用过）这态度真的是够差的，下次不来了
