国内外大大小小的酒店住过不少，但是如此奇葩的四星级酒店倒是第一次见。设备设施陈旧暂且不表，光是前台就能把人气炸。我是昨天中午退房的，押金交了500，押金单写的是500，但是前台只按400退，她的理由是电脑记账显示400！？我要求调监控核查，但是因为我约了别人要迟到了，我说叫前台备注只退了388（消费12元），然后给我一个凭据，等他们查清楚后再联系我。要个凭据很合理吧？但光是这个就扯了5分钟！明明我催促多次快一点，但就我一个客人办理退房就花了快半小时？？？结果现在等了一个下午一个晚上一个早上，没有任何回复！！！你们就是这样对待顾客的吗？押金单写来白瞎？你说前台笔误，一个成年人肆和伍，4和5都分不清？还写错两次？！我真的服了！这就是所谓的四星级酒店！一个县城就它一家伪四星，所以服务得再烂也不怕没有顾客。如果哪个顾客想有无语无奈的住店体验，请一定要入住这家，但是建议大家办理入住的时候跳进前台盯着服务员在电脑输入好准确的押金金额，再录音录像留个证据，不然你急着离店没空陪着她们看监控就别想等到回复了！

亲戚来做清明的，就近住了金芦笙，设施还好，房间里打扫后没有及时放洗漱用品，晚上才发现，让前台送过去了，希望打扫干净后能细心检查下。亲戚说早餐还不错，种类多很新鲜
