一进酒店服务就很热情很贴心，给免费升级了高级行政房，房间和浴室都不算大，但是干净整洁，热水和花洒都不错，下水通畅，洗浴用品是佰草集的，很nice，酒店防疫和消毒措施做得很好，感觉很放心，周边很多好吃的，离江边很近，墙裂推荐！！！

地理位置优越没有一点可以反驳，多年前作为柳州地标性建筑，环境一如既往好，重新装修过，很新很干净，特别要提的是，不懂是不是每层楼是都有服务管家？服务太太太到位了。态度非常好。只有想不到，没有做不到，管家都能帮忙服务到位，两个小朋友高兴不得了。10分满分我会给12分。

老牌宾馆了，要去坐高铁所以住了一晚，地质位置优，旁边就是步行街，离江边也近，虽然因为疫情没什么人。免费升级了行政大床房，双早居然是楼下肯德基早餐券哈哈，阔以阔以，很丰盛。
