外表就决定了内部的情况，进去那门口虽然是个广场，但入口两边停满车，只剩下一条小道进去。到了里面，摆放各种看起来高大上的家具，但那又怎样，又不能当消费，且内部环境偏暗淡，房间设施就比较陈旧了，关键是灰多，桌子上，椅子上，感觉是好久没人住过，也没每天搞卫生，另外烟味很重，可能是上一个人留下的，房间居然没有排风口。整体上看给人衰落的感觉，不知道好评那么多是都可信，可能柳州酒店平均水平就那样吧。离开酒店时查房倒是很仔细，如果把那份认真用到服务和卫生上会更好。
