服务态度差得要死，退房的时候刚好有个也是一起退房的他的要加收20块房钱，我不知道以为要加收我的就问了为什么要加收20元，柜台的就特凶的说不是说你，反正语气特别难听，还有退房特别慢，明明是我先退的房，却查我的房后，比我来后面的还在我前面退房，不会再住第二次，大家订房要慎重，还有一点酒店白天特吵，窗子开不了
