感觉很坑人，入住时打了几个市内电话，退房时候居然收我几十块钱电话费！！前台服务员态度也很傲慢！！作为一个花几百块钱入住行政房的旅客，我很不满意！！难道作为一个这么大的团体商家，没有管理体制吗？？就这样的服务态度！！希望入住慎行！！
