酒店环境相对较好！但是退房时保洁人员的无理扣款相当气愤！因女人月事弄脏了一点床单（附图片给大家看）就是这样一点点的污处，却被告知因弄脏床单扣20元的清洗费！要么是我自己把脏污点洗干净了就不扣钱！这是什么态度什么服务？！我花了280元住了一晚，因意外床单稍微有点脏，但凡是女人谁不知道月经弄脏的床单冲洗一下就干净的！保洁员却强硬的态度扣钱或者让消费者亲自洗酒店床单！这就是一个高档酒店的服务！不过最后领班来后看明情况并道歉，才让我气消离开，希望酒店加强管理不要再发生类似事件！
