设计是不错的，但是好像装修质量略差，地板有点会撬动，不过服务是真的不错，到了比较晚，给升级了房间，还是蛮宽敞的，这个是不错，自助早餐不知道是不是我刚好这边有旅游团，去吃的时候一片狼藉，满桌子都是盘子，而且基本上早餐的东西都没有了（包子只有蒸笼没有包，炒菜见底），补充得不及时

五星好评，因为晚上12点才到店，所以给我升级了套房，大浴缸超级棒，浴缸放不出热水，但是服务员态度非常好，建议入住

看柏曼酒店住的还是比较多的。所以最终选择了这间离步行街最近的酒店，刚开始看到是新酒店还有点担心会不会有味道。办理入住开始就能感受到服务非常好，还免费升级了房型，超大的屏幕，还有免费电影看，入住房间里也是干净整洁，一点味道也没有，自助早餐也特别的棒。这个价位算性价比特别高了，下次来还是会选择住这里。

新开的的酒店，一进大门就给人的感觉很大气，大堂很宽敞，前台美女们也很热情，一进门就跟我们打招呼，然后很热情的帮我们安排了房间，房间是重新装修过的，跟以前的风格完全不一样，朋友很喜欢！晚上还可以看柳州夜景，而且旁边就是五星街，很近，走两分钟就到了。早餐品种很多，餐厅看起来也很大气！超赞👍🏻棒棒哒！

酒店的服务很好，主动帮忙洗衣服，提供水果，客房管家雪芳非常热情。
装修风格相对老一些，但是设施都维护保养得很好。
