周围施工，进去的时候路有点堵。其他还好，不愧是大集团下的宾馆，周围全是柳钢的产业，走出来就是雀儿山公园，一路散步很有年代感。就是周围吃的东西少，店面简陋，公交的士比较难等，走二十多分钟到跃进路就比较好搭车了。住宿条件和服务都还行，房间干净无异味，设备老但依旧好用，服务礼貌周到，性价比不高。
