到店时店家沒找到本订单，说是艺龙沒传过耒，但本手机上有订单号的且早一星期前就确认完毕，好在还是给住上了，希望以后銜接好耒以免失误。标间大小合适，有热水，被褥旧些，还算卫生，地理卫置好，好游玩，好找吃的。艺龙团有保障性价比尚可，

卫生间甚至都没有门！洗澡上厕所都成问题啊！ 淋浴头小的可怜 电视基本不能用 台灯都是坏的 床硬的和地板一样！刚开始加床被子都要10元 跟一个所谓的领导说了之后前台还趾高气昂的说不用了 所有的工作人员态度差的要死 前台自始至终坐的座位上玩手机 问一句半天不回答 房间跟艺龙上的根本不一样！进门之后还说没有我的订单最后在一个破纸订的本子上查到 旁边随便一家都比这家便宜好 立马换酒店

真的再也不要去了，在艺龙网上付钱了结果到店还要付房费！没有热水洗澡就算了！连电视都只是试看10分钟继续观看还要付费，简直坑……老板说会让艺龙退房费，结果等了两天还没有！！以后在也不去了╰_╯ 住一晚相当于居然付了200多块！这么坑怎么玩！

因为离自己家近，给来家过年的亲戚订下了这个酒店，在网上订下的价格，可到店后店家要涨价，感觉店家不厚道，不诚信。亲戚反馈说酒店设施陈旧，热水不够热，隔音也不好，大过年的服务员也没个笑脸，总之不推荐住宿。
