酒店服务缺乏人情味，不以客人为本。比如双人间含早餐增加1个孩子收费50元，孩子呕吐弄脏被单增加收费50元且没有发票，因刷卡机没纸重复收了客人50元没主动退还客人，中午12点多客人退房不通电给客人收拾东西。一切都基于酒店单方制定的所谓的制度，生硬没有丝毫人情味。
