前台小彭服务很好，在酒店住了几次了，感觉都很不错的，酒店就在市中心，就在步步高旁边，出行很方便，酒店在院子里面晚上很安静的，一点也不吵，还有停车场，白天是免费的，过夜收费也不贵

和朋友来柳州玩来住的 性价比绝对能打
怎么说呢 真的很感谢前台小哥哥收留了。
优点: 安静 没有人塞小卡片。采光好 地理位置好 床帘完全遮光 全身花洒 前台小哥哥说话温柔 退押金也快
缺点:厕所有点臭 空调声音有点大有点霉味
总之，优点比缺点多啦 更何况价格也抗打 下次来柳州也会定的呜呜呜

说下午两点后可办理入住，我是四点四十到的店里，前台说没有床单了，需要等床单来了才能换床单，然后说先给我们办理入住。在店里等到五点半，实在太累了，想上楼放东西，结果进去就是图123的景象，然后被迫拖着疲惫的身体去外面逛街。逛街途中打电话问前台什么时候能做好卫生，前台说7点钟。然后七点四十回到房间看到图45的场景，实在是累得不行了，电话前台，前台说保洁阿姐马上来换，结果等了半个小时，又打电话催，然后才来给我们换好干净的床单。累到没脾气。
