酒店的服务还很好的，听说酒店前几天才恢复营业的我怀疑床一单也一个多月都没换过所以看见有很多灰尘桌子上面用纸巾一查全是黑黑的，可能是刚开始恢复营业还没来得及打扫吧，今天续住啊姐全帮换J

酒店前台是我目前见过最活波的前台，服务态度很好，笑脸也很好～房间环境不错，但是有几点不太好的体验：第一洗澡间没有干湿隔离，也没有地巾，所以容易将水带进房间，第二是洗澡间的窗子没有窗帘，晚上洗澡感觉没有安全感～第三，酒店的门没有猫眼，有人敲门无法观察到外面环境，同时也没有防盗门链～

第一次来柳州，就能感受到柳州人民的热情好客！入住柳州东方大酒店更让我感觉是回到了家！房间卫生干净温馨舒适，服务员很热情招待！设施完美！是出外旅游办事的好去处！

没有早餐的，但是二楼有早茶，人超级多，适合带小孩来，比较宽敞，去文庙和马鞍山非常近，前台服务员态度好，热水空调都有了
