酒店总体感觉不错的，停车方便，地理位置较好，周边环境不错，只是酒店房间太小了，入住有一点压抑感，夜晚有免费的水果赠送，内部管理有点脱节，本次网上预订一个房间，只是提供担保，但是在前台办理手续时，服务员非得说已经支付了房费，害的我几天后又重新去支付一次，浪费时间

酒店周边环境很好，可远眺柳江，东侧房型可看到市民广场美丽的夜色。酒店房间布置的很温馨，私密性也很好，设施齐全。去了健身房，24小时可用，游泳池不大，但天花板有星空的感觉。员工很热情，服务周到，总能为客人提前想一步。早餐自助内容不少，味道不错，但是每天几乎一样，有些变化更好。

位置不错，周边有商场、超市，去到哪里都算方便；房间略小，特别是卫生间稍觉紧促，但布局合理，卫生打扫非常到位；如果真心想让客人做到每一天都满意，服务需要大幅提升，举几个例子，前台先生单手归还客人身份证；结账时前台小姐严重业务不熟练；客房赠送果盘应相应配备水果刀；客房送餐单手。如果有其他选择，下次的柳州行恐怕不会选择丽笙，但貌似暂时还得住它，所以推荐！

旁边是梦之岛百货，周围有小餐厅，周边环境还不错。作为五星级酒店，大堂拥挤狭小，房间也小，但设施挺好，还配有咖啡机，洗护用品是thisworks。酒店前台人员比较严肃，没有主动为客人提供停车票，搞得开车出去被拦在门岗处收费，回头问前台要票才能返还。开车到酒店门前，没有人指挥停车，看到拿着行李带着小朋友也没有过来帮拿行李的，服务意识欠缺。
