高大上的酒店，硬件优秀服务完美。同行朋友把背包遗忘在出租车上，前台的朱女士帮忙查酒店监控，虽未能查到车牌，但已让朋友感受到酒店可以依靠；随后前台的黄经理通过各种信息高效率迅速联络到出租车公司，说明情况，请出租车公司和司机师傅联络失主，不到10分钟，出租车司机已和失主通了电话，已在将背包送往酒店的途中。贵酒店前台黄经理和朱女士的热心而有效的服务，让客人真正体验了宾至如归的感觉，非常感谢，下次再见：）

再次入住酒店，感觉还是那么亲切，喜欢酒店的干净，无异味，尤其是被子枕头没有其他酒店的那种不干不净的气味，特别好！早餐品种很多，味道不错。
