满怀期望的订房，失望的入住，一进去查看设施设备卫生，失望透顶，总共订了2间江景房，一间电话线断，房间衣架3个，枕头底得要命，放自费品的玻璃台上还掉着几根长发，另外一个房间，电视坏的，房门难关，关门时还发生异响，去前台换房，当时是没有做出卫生出来可以理解，那我们吃完饭回来再换房，吃饭回到酒店接近2点半了，总台说:还是没房，要等到3点钟维修师傅才有空修，两小孩要午休了，在总台催了服务员好久才有一间房，还是楼层好里面的房间，还是电视一直无信号，卫生间又小，哎，真是无语完了，不想折腾，只能将就一晚
