昨晚住的房间，床单中间有个很大的补丁，服务员做卫生时候怎么做的？这样的床单也往床上铺？更气氛的是原来办的会员卡房价比网络贵很多，办理会员卡不占任何优势，客人在网络下单，居然都是统一第二天中午12点退房，就因为客人没有用酒店的会员卡，不能到14点退房！早班前台工作人员态度差
