艺龙现在真不行了。房间无窗，手机页面上也不说明。下了订单，酒店不确认。艺龙告诉我，说是钟点房。手机页面上根本就没有钟点房的内容。问客服客服告诉我说电脑上有显示。可我是用手机订的单呢！看来内部管理问题太多。

这次是我在艺龙上面订房感觉最差的一次，首先在办理入住时说12点退房，然后晚上10点又打电话过来说明天2点退房，我说好的，然后房间的空调声音很大，房间隔音效果极差，大半夜外面很吵，最气人的是早上8点到10点楼顶一直有电钻在那里钻，响得受不了，打电话到前台说是三楼在装修也没有一句安慰顾客的话，还有气人的就是早上11点40分打电话过来叫我们退房，我说昨晚你们前台打电话说2点的，接着他说好的，然后11点50又打电话过来说问过经理了说12点退房，然后又得赶紧起床洗刷去退，这样的酒店让人太失望
