前台服务员的态度极度恶劣，打电话过去咨询极度不耐烦，话没说完直接挂电话，再打过去，一接就挂，连续三次打过去都是这样。后面到了酒店要求道歉，居然还不承认接了电话，呵呵。我们要求的一个简单的道歉，几个领导在那里，要求一个前台服务员和客人道歉都做不到，请问你们酒店是怎么管理员工的，连小小一个前台都管理不好，可想而知你们酒店能有多好的服务？就这个问题处理了两个多小时都没处理好，我们大半夜的就在那里等了两个小时，你们酒店就是以这样的态度对待客人的？真的建议到家千万不要入住，服务态度非常非常差。我们是花钱去消费，不是花钱去受罪的！

真的很不错，细节好棒，我是细节控。不比四五星差。很新，卫生很好。睡了几晚身上没有任何不舒服。（本人皮肤很敏感的）小朋友也没有任何不舒服。 充电设备都好完善。无比满意，以后我去柳州的机会还很多，应该会首选这家。 对了，酒店出门右边路口左转走大概一百多米有家比较大的日本料理店，也不错。大众点评之类可以搜到。可惜平时没有点评习惯，也没拍图。总之，强烈推荐一个。
