酒店位置，服务都很棒，每次去柳州住都会选择这里，实在是太方便了。美中不足的是酒店提供给自驾的客人预留车位太少，碰到周末要在地下停车场找好久的位置，拉着行李要绕一圈才到G区上电梯，希望酒店能和商场协商一下尽量能让客人更方便。

優點：服務不錯、酒店很新。
缺點：1、雙床房的洗手間沒有門鎖；
2、洗手間玻璃上的帘子竟然是透亮的，一點隱私都沒有；
3、毛巾、浴巾偏舊；
4、吹風機太差，線很重，吹不了幾下插頭就松了，要重新插，採購的非常敗筆。
5、前台只有兩台電腦、一台人像識別系統，打發票還要去另外一個台子，高峰時間排隊要很久。

地理位置可以，服务一般，服务员碰到客人都不打招呼，停车没有酒店专用停车位，停个车要走好远才到酒店，而且一晚上还要收25元停车费
