今年以来几乎每个月出差到一次柳州都住望泰大酒店，可是遗憾的是没有一次的碰到前台接待员的态度是好的，是微笑服务的，我也不知道是我运气不好每次都碰到接待员来大姨妈，还是我上辈子欠了接待员的钱没有还清
前台，一个大酒店的门面，可是接待员的服务怎么总是那么那么的差，我只不过是去你工作的地方住而已又不是去你家住，你们至于板着个脸给我看嘛，我又没欠你们的十万八千，强烈要求望泰大酒店好好好给前台接待员做上岗前培训
有一个特别特别差，都碰到好几次了，下个月去一定要记住那女的工号，估计那女的一个月来三次大姨妈，不然为什么总是一副冷冰冰的嘴脸
