住这家店好几次了，之前迟一点也没什么，毕竟捡东西嘛迟了一点我承认，不过这次退房迟了一些竟然收了我20，然后和我同时下来退房的那个人给卡了就直接走了，难道是因为她的是网上支付而我的是现金嘛？也没说扣她20。真是奇怪然后让我签那个退180那个单子，这在以前没有过。前台我问她一些问题，她也不理会。我不懂为什呢这次出行体验很不好。🙃
