我觉得竟然湘天不接受携程网上这个网购，那就取消携程上面的网购代点。觉得不接待携程上这个网购代点可以取消，没必要拿我们这些消费者出气。给的住房竟然是那么差的地方，而且还是卫生员的隔壁邻居。早上就噼里啪啦的响声，卫生也不好。洗澡的地方竟然还是坏的。最主要的是我要求换房间她们服务台尽然要我加钱。本来我是双人间该成了单人间，要求换房间就要加钱。好吧！后面我同意了，就说没房了。那我就说为什是电梯口哪里房间，前台就说携程网网上订的都是那个电梯口那里。实在是太吵了，不欢迎携程网上的顾客。你们湘天没必要勉强自己，可以取消网购。希望携程出面解决这种事情，别影响你们携程网购。我还是挺喜欢你们携程的，免得害人害己………………

最大的坑不是这个酒店，而是飞天温泉，为了温泉而去，结果是一个落寞的王朝，当年的盛况早已烟消云散，关闭的凯莱酒店如同走进了鬼城一样，真是可惜了这个好地方。

洒店的价格绝对超值,前台服务很好wifi稍弱,,这样低的客房价格配现在的早餐,应该是不错的.旅游背包族,住这里,是很好的选择！
