态度真的颠覆的差，我入住那么多酒店，各种类型，各种价位从没有这样～差评，办入住到了前台前台人员还离开了，躲去圣诞树后和酸奶，我问了在哪里办理，半天才有人出来，下午订酒店已经联系告知可以安排相邻的房间，老人脚扭到，还有小孩，已经再三和前台人员说，得到的答案是相邻的房间房型不一致，还告知都在一楼隔不了多远，我上楼去一看，一个42，一个37.分别在同一楼两端最顶头，我强烈要求换房才换到对面，态度还极差，不告知早餐时间，wifi密码，总之入住体验极差，小孩吃早点额外付款28元，400多的房间服务还不如100多的，如果态度不改，我真的不推荐入住，这是3年来我第一个差评

房间烧水的插座，吹风的插座，凡是弱电的都是坏的，不能用，服务态度就是让人不舒畅的感觉，退房时前台收银居然在骂脏话，退房时也没有一丝笑容，素质堪忧啊！退房请服务员查房，等了半天，想起自己水杯忘记拿了，回去拿，都还没去查房，然后请服务员开门拿水杯，问她怎么还没帮我查房，回答没收到通知不查房，我晕死。其他房间装饰，浴室倒是可以，就是没有浴缸！

真心的不错，来出差来着，从外观像一个小皇宫，大厅很大很辉煌，房间也很好，接待人员也很好，笑呵呵的，早餐自助式的，品种挺多的，就是周围出行乘车不太方便
