  入住多少次了，每次去盘州出差，基本上都会选择这家酒店。但是这次的印象不是特别好。这是吃早餐的时候发现的橡皮，对餐厅的人说了就没有下文。只是嗯，了一声。我住的是1302房。24日入住，26号退的房。后面发现有件衣服是不是忘记收拾了？然后我打电话给前台。前台说给我去问一下。然后也没有结果。 酒店各方面条件都不错。地理位置，酒店的硬件设施等等都很好。但提高服务的水平，让顾客感觉到温馨是必须的。

  酒店是这两年新开的，装修大气，环境非常好，房间卫生，宽敞明亮，有湖景房，视野非常好，可以看到旁边的南湖和远处的山。早餐种类丰富，味道不错。 特别一提的是前台小姐姐气质好，颜值高，服务热情，业务熟练，主动帮助客人解决遇到的问题。 下回还会来漫云海庭酒店住。

  自驾游，杭州到大理，苗寨出来途径这里，酒店很干净，房间很大，吃饭超级方便，马路对面就是一家牛肉火锅店，潮汕那种，太好吃了 🧹卫生：卫生很干净，带孩子入住一点也不担心 🔔服务：前台都很热情，没有半点不舒适，什么都耐心解答 这家店真的性价比超高，早餐也没得说，很匹配酒店定位

  交通方便，干净卫生，安静舒适。只是地下停车场弯道角度小，新手司机建议停室外停车场。另外，湖畔景色只适合晚上观看。
