本来位置就不好，设施在二三线城市算不错的，就应该靠服务提升，结果从保安到前台没有一个好脸色，不晓得这些老板为什么不组织学习，相信你们投资人应该看到过广东的酒店业现状吧，教不会就派出去学习下嘛，再笨也能学会的，不然这些个服务员真的以为可以垮起脸做生意。
