体验非常不好，喜来登这么大的酒店，没想到六盘水的这家这么不好！主要体现在：
1）预定了两个房间，一间大床，一间双床，结果第二天说双床的没房，就把双床的房钱退了给我们。因为我们是两家人，所以考虑要一起住，因此申请把另一间也就一起退了，酒店和预定平台就开始踢皮球，这个说要找酒店申请，那个又说要找平台，最后反正就是不能退！结果我们另外在六盘水“盘江雅阁大洒店”又定了一件房，结果发现价格实惠，位置又好，又在市中心，就在水都古镇旁边，在此强烈推荐大家在六盘水去雅阁大洒店，没有对比就没有伤害。
2）到了酒店停车场，到处角落放置杂物，地上又是一滩滩脏水，第一感觉就不好。
3）建议大家千万不要住01房间，酒店第一给我安排的是601房，我们发现房间是三角形的，又小。所以我又下前台去要求换房，前台说房间全满了不能换，我当时生气了，大声说了两句，结果前台又搞了电脑两下，给我换了603房，事情只是暂告一段落。第二天早上我小孩发现少了一件外套，想着是不是昨晚上放在601房了，出门囗刚好有阿姨在搞卫生，就叫退房顺便看一下601有没衣服，结果阿姨说601昨晚上没人住的，直接开门让我进去找到了衣服，事实证明前台又说慌
