  4星级宾馆，入住的时候楼层走廊无空调，房间空调没开。 离开的时候走廊还是没空调，房间空调设定18，还是被热醒的。 房间感觉挺脏的，不能图便宜了。

  酒店服务和设施都挺好，应该是住的人少，早餐有点勉强。楼道里的灯都没开，还好对服务员説了马上就去开了。 现在都啥年代了，入住还得收按金，一年到头住两百多天酒店，至少五年了，第一次碰到收按金的。 位置有点偏，吃饭需要多走点路

  房间各方面的基础设施都十分的完善，在浏阳市算最顶级的酒店了，还免费赠送68元的早餐券，不仅有甜品还有厨师给我下面吃，最后再来一碗养生汤，不要太巴适了，下次来浏阳还住这里，工作人员态度也好，浏阳这座城市的第一印象就是滨海华美达广场酒店给我留下的养好印象，我爱浏阳。
