  带孩子二刷柳州，想换个酒店，网上搜了一圈，想着还是定连锁的维也纳吧！不定不知道，一进门就给我震惊到了！请问你们为什么要放****在酒店里，还那么明显！？！？带孩子的家长请慎重啊? o???? ·? o????? ? 服务还行，让他们拿走也马上就办了，但真没必要，这样一放很拉胯酒店！！！！！ 反正我下次不会再选择维也纳了

  房间很大很乾净，总枱服务也不错，地理位置非常好，后面就是购物街，青云市场也不远，缺点就是隔音效果太差，隔壁説话上厕所冲水声音很大，门外説话很闹！

  位置特别好！就在步行街边，逛吃方便，步行到江边就几分钟！还给免费升级了，感谢！房间也挺大，可以看到夜晚的音乐喷泉。唯一不满意的是提前订房价格较高还不含早餐，当天订便宜还含早

  设施：连锁酒店，设施齐全 衞生：乾净衞生， 环境：整洁有序，就是房间里的空调只有制冷和自然风，有点凉 服务：前台服务人员3个人，只有一位服务员态度一般，解答问题面目无表情。

  酒店服务非常好，地理位置也很方便。衞生很好，床品也很舒服。空调部分原因没办法用，工作人员给加了被子。尤其是旁边的夜市，有全柳州我认为最最最好吃的螺蛳粉。柳州人民太亲切，一定会再来的。
