  不错的，工作人员态度很好，处理问题速度快，酒店环境不错，如果出差啊，还是很推荐这里，位置也很好找，对面也有一家酒店容易走错，

  之前住在隔壁新词酒店，这次住新逸。入住时的前台服务人员态度很好，退房时的前台就是完全不同的态度，冷若冰霜。

  我习惯性好评，但是这次我得说说。洗衣服务被加收了15%的服务费，名义是快洗费。请看看单据上哪儿写着要收取服务费？钱不是问题，问题在于退房时，接待人员若无其事的说：“我们上海酒店都收服务费的。”CNMP，我第一次住酒店吗？CNMP，上海酒店高大上了？然后说：“你是不是水洗，填的干洗单？再一次CNMP，我的衬衣，你的衬衣用水洗吗？更何况衣服拿走以后，专门有人问了我是干洗吗？我说干洗！！！对于接待人员一副若无其事的样子，我觉得真nmp恶心。原谅我用粗俗的语言。实名评论。以后肯定不会再选择这个酒店了。
