  房间中规中矩，就是冬天空调太乾了，毕竟老牌酒店基础设施都蛮好的，为了泡温泉去竹海方便些，在此特别感谢表扬小孩子做手工的工作人员非常有耐心，杜心茹小姐姐很温柔，小朋友做手工非常喜欢

  趁着儿子休假的时候错峯出行到天目湖御水温泉泡温泉入住的森酒店，星空LOFT房型很不错，小孩子住上层，抬头可以看见星星。酒店管家服务很热情，还有需要增值服务，做手工，下午茶等等，总之体验感很棒。

  第四次来御水温泉选择了新开业的森酒店，一行老少五人，原来预订了两间星空亲子房，前台很贴心地升级到168平的双loft套房，太惊喜了！家里长者也很满意説是出行住过最大的房间，而且又可以和孙辈在一个空间里面，外出就餐泡温泉一家人在一个房间真的便利很多。入住期间管家杜芳非常热情尽职，房间附带的福利也会提醒我们享受，遇到疑问及时耐心解答，行程很愉快。
