  酒店整体非常豪华，设施设备非常齐全，早餐也很丰盛，有一个阿姨煮的麪非常好吃，态度也很好。但是房间床单有毛发，矿泉水被开过，然后来了服务人员送了水果，负责人送了礼品

  下午5点多就联系过加床，晚上9点多到前台办理入住，还跟我説收取加床按金，还把加床的房间写个加字，我还想心挺细的，结果到房间两个房间都没加，本来天冷有长者孩子想早早洗洗就睡，这一耽误又是一个多小时。节假日早餐排队可以理解，你得有东西吃啊。衞生，看吧。
