房间面积小了点，还算干净。离御水温泉近，当时就是看中可以退房前无限次出入温泉才定的。温泉集团下属有三家酒店，一家五星就在温泉对面要一千多，另外一家南山竹海客栈6百多，离得远了点，这家离得近，房价4百多。相对另外两家来说还可以。

客栈门口的一块砖坏了，居然不修理，结果车子开进去的时候，砖翘起来把车都刮坏了，还瘪了一块，真是郁闷。服务也很一般，临走时问前台拿两瓶水，直接开口说要收费，呵呵哒

酒店就在御水温泉门口，离南山竹海景区也只有几分钟路程，非常方便。酒店房间干净卫生非常温馨，服务员热情周到，很棒的入住体验，建议到天目湖南山竹海景区去的朋友选择这家客栈。
