第一天前台办理入住时，一个女服务员就在那里bb了，为什么不用美团，要用艺龙，从头说到尾，一副臭脸，口气还不好，其实是她自己不会在电脑上操作如何确认预定，自己还在那bb不停，我就弄不懂了，既然艺龙能够预定，自己不用操作那就是业务能力不行，还有脸在那摆臭脸瞎bb。最后一天离店时，检查房间时诬赖我们消费了什么男用神油，我们压根就不知道，再去和他们确认时发现那男用神油的包装盒已经旧到都翻皮了，还在诬赖我们说拆新包装的，这家店做生意不诚信，不诚心，最后走的时候虽然没有收诬赖我们的钱，连句道歉都没有，之前这么肯定的跟我确认说不会误会我们，肯定是我们用的，既然这么肯定为什么最后确不收了呢？也只能说明这家店从头到尾就在诬赖我们，都不知道之前有多少客人栽在这种欺骗消费者的手段上，不会再去这家店，特写此评论告诫将要去还没去的客人们。
