酒店所在位置不错，旁边就是湖，丰盛的早餐之后走一走，阳光下湖面波光粼粼，偶有快艇飞驰而过。虽然硬件老了点，但酒店的服务很细致，很人性化，从入店开始，从前台到客房管家，到酒店摆渡车的驾车姐姐都非常有人情味。
傍晚去到旁边的半山温泉，两位阿姨 庞李氏和张刘纪 一直细心体贴的服务，温泉很暖，服务也很暖。 值得再去。

带着全家来酒店度假，得到一直好评！房间大，风景好，入住期间工作人员热情招待，前台小伍帮忙升级了湖景房，非常感谢，餐厅主管薛主管热情服务，管家部员工张菊英，谭胜国，陈玉红服务到位，晚上电瓶车员工史雪妹一边介绍一边带我们去景点，电话随叫随到……，下次一定还会再来！

之前住的房间在维修，前台在沟通后升级换了房间，挺大的，朝向很好，太阳光充足。管家服务员是但彩兰，热情主动服务，请酒店予以表扬。
