房间外的感觉不错，房间唯一的优点就是一个大阳台和一个相对比较私密的室外泡池，但是房间实在不敢恭维，太简陋了。客厅的设计还算合理。酒店的服务实在太差了，等个电瓶车上房间足足等了15分钟不止，前台的服务也很差。

这是一次非常满意的度假体验。 风景好，住得舒服，挖笋和采茶的活动都玩得非常尽兴。特别要表扬的是酒店的各位管家，态度都非常好。顺便提一下，自己采的茶和自己挖的笋，味道也都特别好呢！

名不副实的一个酒店。硬件达不到这个收费，服务也没有五星级的标准。住客素质较差，不讲秩序，孩子乱喊乱叫，到处乱跑。

很喜欢这个酒店看出去的景色美极了，酒店的温泉也很不错，人不多享受安宁祥和的氛围，酒店工作人员服务也挺到位，电瓶车随叫随到

酒店在山上，竹海里，非常幽静，风过竹涛声很美，卫生环境佳。松鼠很多，妈妈说清晨松鼠直接来敲门敲窗，这个季节去可挖笋，摘茶。
