整体环境还是不错的，只不过酒店的硬件设施太差了，完全达不到4星级的标准，连个电梯都没有，对不起这个放假，因为在山里的缘故，房间很潮湿，早餐也一般种类不多。不过空气确实很好，晚上也很安静！

跟老公去的，酒店升级到了别墅套间，只有两人其实没必要去套间，因为房间不大。感觉在深山老林里，环境挺不错的，酒店服务态度也蛮好，晚上休息很安静，但是枕头太高，睡的不舒服！早上早餐七点半以后才有，有炒饭、炒面、馒头、油条、纯牛奶、粥、鸡蛋、麻团！花样不多，勉强吃饱，炒饭上得太慢！

酒店建在南山中离竹海景区4公里，驾车前往方便出行，庭院有山有水环境优雅，文化气息浓厚，适合休闲度假。住了一晚豪华标间还算满意，值得推荐。
