酒店比较老，设施也比较老了，但挺干净，服务也不错！服务员都很热情，开电瓶车接送住客的司机师傅也很好！还有就是酒店环境很好，就在景区里，出门就是竹林！

酒店设施有点旧，但是服务很到位，进出都有车接送，服务员态度也很好。去之前看评论，有人说早餐太简单，这次去感觉还不错，除了豆浆油条没有，其它该有的都有了，奶油包、炒面、炒饭、玉米、紫薯、煎蛋、煮蛋、窝头、肉粽、酥饼、白稀饭、八宝粥、牛奶……品种也蛮多的。
最值得推荐原因是酒店在竹海景区里面，空气特别好，气温也不高，早上起床没有游客，走在竹林里舒服极了。
离御水温泉也很近，即使没有车接送，走走10-15分钟就能到了。
如果下次还去玩南山竹海，我还是会选择玉泉会所。

该酒店环境还可以 房间设施比较陈旧 特别是前台姓邱的小姐 业务水平很差 明明是她工作上失误还不承认 希望酒店领导好好的管理一下。

到南山玩住这里还是比较好的，尤其是晚上和早上没有白天的喧嚣，自己走走看看。
空气很是清新。
