  服务员态度很差，我还记得当时是两个人值班，跟我朋友一行是自驾游，晚上8点多才到酒店的，当时又饿又累，只想早点进酒店放好东西，出去吃个晚饭，当时他们酒店车位满了，问她们附近有什么地方能停，过去问上去都不搭理我们的，还说不知道，后来自己去附近找，原来酒店进来的路口旁，都是可以免费停车，更气的人的是刚停好车，准备回去酒店了，就起大风下暴雨，害的我们一行四人从头湿到低，到了酒店又说我们同程订的房间，他们这边电脑里还没收到，害我们又等了很久搞的不得了，当时我就准备打投诉电话时，又说可以了，问她之前怎么不行，说什么之前看的自己手机上的，电脑上才有更新记录，这不是跟我们在开国际玩笑麽，请问你们酒店服务员是doubi麽，瞬间心情都没了，出来玩第一天就碰到这种事，那叫一个无语啊……
