经理态度还可以，服务员素质太差，房间没有门禁卡，让服务员开门等了10分钟、经理出面后，我就没有说什么，之后上楼让其开门，我还没有进房间就听经理询问服务员没有开门的原因，这人当着我的面说我没在门口等...无语死
