服务态度特别差！退房时间因为工作人员查房迟，迟了三分钟，扣了全天的费用！而且退房时间快到的时候也没有打电话提醒！扣全天的费用时也不问问是否退房。退了才说你超过时间了，扣全天的房费！前台服务是真不好，说的多了就开始厉害！每一个前台收银，比顾客都厉害！永远没有手机充电线！再好的卫生设施，看到前台收银的态度，绝对不会去第二次！
